Geographical impact of world war I
The war opened a lot of doors for Europe, geographically. The German Empire was forced to become what we know it as today, Germany. Though they still ended up being the biggest enemy of World War II. The Ottoman Empire became Turkey, Serbia and Austria-Hungary, and Montenegro dissolved and became Yugoslavia, Austria, Czechoslovakia, and Hungary. Along with Albania giving some of it's land to Yugoslavia. The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland split to become Ireland and Great Britain, separately. Finland, Poland, Latvia
